7R Park for Rohlig Suus in Gdansk
7R Park Gdańsk II is a complex of three modern facilities under construction in Kowale near Gdańsk, which is almost the developer's return to the roots. It was in Kowale, that 7R began its history with the construction of the first warehouse, which initiated the company development activities throughout Poland.
The third 7R developer's project in the Tri-City is planned for 61,000 sq m, of which as much as 12,500 sq m of warehouse and office space will be adapted to the needs of the first tenant - Rohlig Suus. The "tailor-made" building in accordance with the tenant's requirements will be characterized by, among others, a height of 11.5 m in the warehouse part, an increased span of poles, specially prepared zones for charging batteries and energy-saving LED lighting with the DALI system. Additionally, 7R will prepare a cross-dock terminal for the client, dedicated to groupage shipments. 7R Park Gdańsk Il is covered by BREEAM certification thanks to the use of the latest ecological solutions that have a significant impact on improving energy efficiency.
The planned handover of the building to the first tenant is scheduled for August 2020, and the second building with a total area of 19,750 m2 will be ready for collection at the turn of October / November this year. Available modules start from approx. 1,670 sq m.
The park is strategically located halfway between two container terminals: BCT Gdynia and DCT Gdańsk. An undoubted advantage of the location is the proximity to the Tri-City ring road and the A1 motorway, which ensures excellent communication with the entire Tri-City and the international Gdańsk Airport. Globalway is expanding at Panattoni Park Gdańsk
The dynamic development of the leading importer of furniture, sports goods and home furnishings from the Far East's, contributed to the expansion within the Panattoni Park Gdańsk I. Globalway (part of the Costway group) decided to expand its warehouse and office space in Gdańsk to over 5 500 sq m.
The Costway Group is an international company with 20 years of experience, that successfully operates in the markets of over 150 countries around the world, i.e. the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany and many others. The company's strategic partners include Wallmart, Home Depot, Sears, Amazon, eBay and Wish, among others. The main goal of operating in Poland is to provide a better, comprehensive international trading system that offers a wide range of high-quality products. The goal is to establish relationships not only with Polish customers by offering new products from around the world, but also with Polish producers, including their goods in the international sales network.
Panattoni Park Gdańsk I is a project with a total area of approx. 50,000 m2 located at ul. Elbląska. It is also the first investment of the developer Panattoni Europe in Gdańsk. The attractiveness of the location is indisputable, which can be confirmed by further A-class warehouse facilities under construction in the vicinity. A project called Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV, which has recently been put into operation in the area, has been successfully commercialized and delivered over 40,000 m2 to the warehouse market. In addition to the high standard, the key is also quick access to the DCT Terminal and convenient communication via the A1 Motorway and the S7 expressway. All these features are of undoubted value for the users of the facilities, which is why the developer plans further investments in the neighboring areas.
Odyssey within new space
7R is a company with Polish capital, which has been developing dynamically on the commercial real estate market since 2008.
The company, specializes in providing modern warehouse facilities for rent, tailored to the needs of tenants. The company builds both warehouse and industrial centers, designed for many tenants, as well as BTS (build to suit) and SBU (small business unit) facilities.
