7R is a company with Polish capital, which has been developing dynamically on the commercial real estate market since 2008.

The company, specializes in providing modern warehouse facilities for rent, tailored to the needs of tenants. The company builds both warehouse and industrial centers, designed for many tenants, as well as BTS (build to suit) and SBU (small business unit) facilities. Odyssey manufactures and distributes paper products that are delivered to customers throughout Poland. In addition to their own warehouses, they have access to factory warehouses, from where direct deliveries take place. Odyssey has decided to expand its warehouse and production space to almost 5,000 sq m. sq m, of which 400 sq m are office and social space.
