Vet Planet with new warehouse in Bydgoszcz

The new logistics center of the Vet Expert brand, a specialist in the field of supplements and cosmetics for dogs and cats, will be opened at the beginning of April in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz I. The modern space will cover over 3,200 m2 of warehouse and office space and will significantly increase the efficiency of the company's logistics activities.

For over 12 years, Vet Planet has been combining love for animals and the needs of the veterinary industry with the results of the latest scientific research. Since 2008, the company has been creating the VetExpert brand, offering over 600 professional care products, supplements and pet food in 30 countries.

The new warehouse center in Bydgoszcz will be opened at the beginning of April this year. Over 3,200 sq m of warehouse and office space, Vet Planet will consolidate the company's existing branches in Warsaw and Łódź. The enlarged space will be a response to the growing needs of the e-commerce industry, enabling increased efficiency in the field of logistics activities. At the same time, it will contribute to the creation of 30 new jobs in the area.

The decision to merge the two existing warehouses into a logistics center based in Bydgoszcz, was made based on the very good location of Bydgoszcz and  in relation to our strategic development plans. Including, ultimately, great communication with all regions in our orbit of interests. We are convinced that the cooperation concluded with Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz will enable us to enter a higher level of logistics services with the benefit of the development of our business and our partners. We are glad that as part of the cooperation we have been able to set the trend of the highest quality of service on the veterinary market, thanks to full control over the process of preparing the product for shipment and the speed of its implementation. Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz is the developer's first investment in Bydgoszcz, covering almost 50,000 sq m. warehouse and office space in three A-class facilities. The park is located 9 km from the city center, in the vicinity of the Piła - Bydgoszcz - Warsaw railway line and the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park (BPPT). Tenants can freely adapt the space for light production or high storage.

The conditions, that we had to take into account when choosing a new warehouse for the client, were the need to consolidate two already existing branches in other cities - comments Marek Kurzątkowski, Director of the Industrial Department at Querco Property, represented by Vet Planet during the search for a new location - The warehouse module proposed by Panattoni met the living conditions. In addition, the location of the park in close proximity to the center of Bydgoszcz will allow the Tenant to provide employees with convenient access from urban areas, while maintaining excellent communication with the rest of the country and EU markets.
