A three-navewarehouse at Twarda St in Gdansk. The location facilitates quick access to Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT) and  Gdansk Harbor. Renting a single nave is possible, adjacent modules enable future expansion. 

An important feature of the warehouse is cross set of gates. Height allows to assemble a gantry and high-racking of cargo. Additionally manufacturing activity is permitted. The site includes a parking lot and maneuvering space for trucks or semi trucks.
